WW - Rolex Oyster Royal, circa 1939, manual wind, 30mm x 35mm to lug tips, 17mm wire lug width, original stainless steel screw back Oyster case, black NATO strap, original silvered dial with black painted Arabic numerals, 15J, s#75351, triple signed.
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, excellent cosmetic mvt condition overall, light oxide to steelwork, light fine scratches on plates; excellent-plus dial with light surface spotting and fine scratches; excellent-plus blued steel hands; polished case shows light wear, at some point in its life (most likely during WW2) someone added solid lug bars to allow it to accept one piece straps, several light dings on bezel and sides; original signed crown shows medium wear, crown locks but only retains 1/4 of original threads; good crystal.
